Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Timeline: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Think of it like a one-week vibe check — if it’s not clicking, let us know.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging intact. (Translation: no coffee stains, doodles, or love notes, please.)
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required so we can match your return to your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some things are just meant to be forever:
Bookmarks (once they’ve marked a page, they’re officially committed).
Digital downloads (once the pixels are yours, they can’t be “un-downloaded”).
How Refunds Work
Request a Return → Email us at connect@querenciastudios.com with your order details and reason for return.
Send it Back → Ship the item to the return address we’ll provide. (Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility — usually less than a fancy coffee.)
Approval Check → Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s eligible.
Refund Issued → If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for banks or credit cards to do their thing.
